How long will my flowers stay fresh?
With proper care, most of our arrangements are designed to last between 5 to 7 days. Some hardier varieties, like lilies and tropical stems, can last up to two weeks if you change the water regularly.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery in select major metropolitan areas for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time. For all other locations, we provide reliable next-day shipping via our premium couriers.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
While we cannot accept returns on live floral arrangements, your satisfaction is our priority. If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.
How do I care for my plants and flowers?
Every UrbanStems order includes a care guide. For flowers, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle and place them in cool water with the included flower food. For plants, specific light and watering instructions are included on the product page.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to compose a custom message that will be printed on a high-quality card and tucked into your bouquet.
Is the vase included with my purchase?
Most of our signature bouquets are sold as stems-only to give you flexibility, but you can easily add one of our curated stylish vases to your order from the product page before checking out.
